Looking for a pair made especially for you? We accept customized orders based on designs from our catalogue.

Each pair is carefully handmade and tailored to your preferred design, fit, and requested details, ensuring a unique pair crafted just for you.

Customization Rates

Flats — ₱2,500 and up

Low Heels (1–2") — ₱3,000 and up

High Heels (3–5") — ₱4,000 and up

Wedding Shoes — ₱4,000 and up

Final pricing may vary depending on the design complexity, materials, and requested modifications.

Customized pairs are priced higher than our regular production styles because each order requires additional craftsmanship, pattern and molding adjustments, specialized materials, and extra production time to achieve your preferred design and fit.

Ordering Process

Downpayment

A non-refundable downpayment of ₱2,000 is required before production begins.

The remaining balance will be collected once your pair reaches the middle to final stage of production, before completion.

Production Time

Customized orders typically take approximately 3 weeks, depending on the design complexity and our current production queue.

We'll keep you updated throughout the process so you can follow your pair's progress.

No Rush Orders

To maintain our quality standards and craftsmanship, we currently do not accept rush orders.

Custom Order Policy

• Customized orders are non-refundable once production has started.

• Customized orders are non-exchangeable, as each pair is made specifically to your measurements and preferences.

• Minor variations may occur as every pair is individually handmade.

Information Needed for Your Custom Order

Please send the following when inquiring:

1. Reference Photo

Send a clear photo of the design from our catalogue that you'd like customized.

2. Preferred Style

Examples:

• Ballet Flats

• Slingbacks

• Block Heels

• Mules

• Wedding Heels

3. Preferred Color

Let us know your preferred leather color or shade.

4. Size & Foot Measurements

Please provide:

• Your usual US shoe size

• Foot length (cm)

• Foot width (cm)

For the best fit, we highly recommend sending a clear photo or scanned copy of your foot tracing with measurements.

5. Heel Height (For Heels)

Indicate your preferred heel height, if applicable.

6. Special Requests

Examples:

• Wider fit (please include measurements)

• Extra soft padding

• Strap adjustments

• Personalized details
