Each pair is handmade with careful craftsmanship and tailored based on your preferred design, fit, and requested details.

Customization Rates

• Flats — ₱3,090
• Low Heels (1-2") — ₱4,090
• High Heels (3-5")  — ₱5,090
• Wedding Shoes — ₱6,090

Final pricing may vary depending on design complexity, materials, and requested modifications. Please note: Customized pairs are priced higher than our regular production styles due to the additional craftsmanship involved. Each custom order requires new molding adjustments, extra labor, specialized materials, and a more detailed handmade process to achieve your requested design and fit.

Full Payment Required

A non-refundable payment is required before production begins.

Production Time

Customized pairs are handmade and may take approximately 3 weeks depending on the design and current queue. We will also provide regular updates throughout the production process to keep you informed on your pair’s progress.

No Rush Orders

Rush orders are currently not allowed to ensure proper craftsmanship and quality.

Customized Orders Policy

Customized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has started.

Details Needed for Custom Orders

Please send the following upon inquiry:

1. Reference Photo from Our Catalogue

Send a clear reference photo of the design you want customized.

2. Preferred Style

Examples:

• Ballet Flats

3. Color

Indicate your preferred leather color or shade.

4. Size & Foot Measurements

Please include:

• Your usual US shoe size
• Foot length and width in centimeters (cm)

A clear photo or scanned copy of your foot measurements/drawing is highly preferred for better sizing accuracy.

5. Heel Height (for heels)

Please indicate your preferred heel height if applicable.

6. Special Requests

Examples:

• Wider fit (please provide cm measurements)
• Additional soft padding
• Strap adjustments
• Personalized details
