⏰ Cut-off Time & Delivery

We offer same-day delivery within Metro Manila via Grab or Lalamove during operational hours.

Provincial orders are shipped via J&T Express the next business day.

📦 Shipping & Notifications

Orders ship out Monday to Saturday, 10 AM–5 PM, except holidays.

Metro Manila bookings are cash on delivery (COD). Provincial shipping is ₱390 flat, covering weight and VAT.

Our shoes are proudly handcrafted in Marikina, Philippines, made with love by skilled artisans.

We use genuine leather and soft insoles for that all-day comfort and timeless look.

📏 Sizing Guide

We follow standard US sizing from US 4 to 12.

🧾 Payment

We currently accept GCash and BPI bank transfers.

Once paid, send a screenshot of your receipt, your name, and order number to solelyhersph@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @solelyhersph.

❌ Order Cancellation

Orders must be paid within 24 hours after checkout or they’ll be automatically canceled.

    Wipe gently with a soft cloth.

    Use shoe trees to keep shape.

    Store in a cool, dry place and rotate pairs to let them breathe.
