CUT-OFF TIME, DELIVERY, AND NOTIFICATIONS

We got you covered with same-day delivery in Metro Manila via Grab and Lalamove! For provincial orders, we ship through J&T Express.

Metro Manila Orders
⏰ Place your order between 10 AM – 5 PM (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays), and we’ll ship it the same day once payment is confirmed!

Provincial Orders
Orders placed before 5 PM will be packed and shipped out the next business day via J&T Express.

Where are your shoes made?
Proudly handcrafted in Marikina, Philippines! Our skilled artisans make each pair with love and care to ensure top-notch quality, comfort, and style.

What materials do you use?
We use premium genuine leather for that luxe feel, plus comfy insoles for all-day wear!


SIZING

Our shoes follow standard US sizing, but the fit may vary depending on the design and material. If unsure, go with the size that works best for you in similar styles from physical stores.


SHIPPING

Orders ship out Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 5 PM (except holidays).

Metro Manila: We can book a courier for you! Delivery fee is cash on delivery (COD).
Provincial: Flat shipping rate of ₱390, which includes estimated weight (4kg) and VAT. J&T Express is our go-to courier.

Can’t receive your package personally? No worries! Just let us know in advance and provide your authorized recipient’s details.


POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ship orders ASAP, but delays may happen due to bad weather, high order volume, or product launches. We appreciate your patience! 💕


PAYMENT

We currently accept GCash and BPI bank transfer.

After payment, send a clear screenshot/photo of your receipt, order number, and full name to solelyhersph@gmail.com or solelyhersph on instagram.


ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders must be paid within 24 hours after checkout, or they’ll be automatically canceled. If you need a little extra time to pay, just let us know!


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We get it—finding the perfect fit is key! If your pair isn’t quite right, we offer size exchanges under these conditions:

- Size exchanges only (too small or too large).
- Shoes must be unused, in original condition, and with complete packaging.
- Request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your item. After this, the sale is final.
- Exchanges depend on size availability.
- Shipping fees are covered by the customer and are non-refundable.
- No exchanges for sale/discounted items.

Solely Hers reserves the right to decline exchanges if the terms aren’t met.


SHOE CARE TIPS

- Wipe with a soft cloth to remove dust.
- Use shoe trees to keep their shape.
- Rotate pairs to minimize wear & let them breathe.
- Store in a cool, dry place—away from heat & humidity.

We double-check every order before shipping to make sure it’s in perfect condition! Since delivery is out of our hands, we’re not responsible for any damage caused in transit.
