Operational Hours

Our operating hours are daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, except during Holy Week, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, and All Saints’/All Souls’ Day.

Customer inquiries are welcome every day, and orders are open 24/7. Shipping will resume on the next business day following holidays.

Cut-off Time & Delivery

We offer same-day delivery within Metro Manila via Grab or Lalamove during operational hours.

Provincial orders are shipped via J&T Express the next business day.


Shipping & Notifications

Orders can be placed on our website 24/7, with deliveries fulfilled during operational hours.

Shipping fee is not included in the official sales price. For Metro Manila deliveries, bookings will be arranged separately via GrabExpress or Lalamove, and the shipping fee will be paid directly to the rider by the customer.

For provincial orders, shipping is via J&T Express at a flat rate of ₱500. This flat rate applies to all provincial deliveries and already covers the cost of the small box, package weight estimation of 4KG, VAT, and taxes, based on a previous shipment.

To ensure accurate delivery, please provide your complete shipping details. For a more precise location, you may also contact us via Instagram with your full address or map pin, along with the receiver’s name and contact number. All information will be verified before booking to ensure a smooth and accurate process.

If you wish not to pay for the delivery fee we can set up a meetup point within BGC to pick up your shoes as we currently have no physical store at the moment.

Products

Our shoes are proudly handcrafted in Marikina, Philippines — made with care by skilled artisans. As each pair is handmade, minor imperfections may occur, but rest assured that quality and craftsmanship are always maintained. We use genuine leather and soft insoles for that all-day comfort and timeless look with a touch.

Sizing Guide

We follow standard US sizing from US 4–12. The rule is to always choose your regular size but if you have wide feet or bunions we recommend sizing up. If you need help choosing your size, feel free to send us your measurements so we can recommend the best fit.

1. Place your foot flatly on top of a piece of paper and trace its outline.

2. Measure the tip of the heel to the tip of the longest toe (in centimeters).

3. Compare the measurement of the foot to the size chart.

Payment

We currently accept GCASH and BPI bank transfers.

Once paid, send a screenshot of your receipt, your name, and order number to solelyhersph@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @solelyhersph. All orders are only accepted through our official website. After the order is completed, you will receive an email confirmation.


Order Cancellation

Orders that remain unpaid or unverified within 24 hours of placement will be automatically canceled due to our limited small-batch production. We kindly ask that you be a responsible buyer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Sale items are final — no returns or exchanges. Please review our sizing guide carefully before making a purchase, as quantities are limited due to small-batch production. For flats and casual shoes, we recommend choosing the size you normally wear. 

Pre-ordered shoes are estimated to be completed within 2 weeks + 1 day for delivery.
Once payment is confirmed and the order has been forwarded to the manufacturer, cancellations will no longer be accepted. We will also keep you updated by confirming your order and sharing status updates.


Shoe Care Tips

    Wipe gently using a microfiber cloth with light damp.

    Use shoe trees to keep shape.

    Store in a cool, dry place and rotate pairs to let them breathe.
