Operational Hours
Our operating hours are daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, except during Holy Week, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, and All Saints’/All Souls’ Day.
Customer inquiries are welcome every day, and orders are open 24/7. Shipping will resume on the next business day following holidays.

Pre Orders
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RUSH ORDERS, as each pair is handcrafted and requires time to produce. Our estimated production time is 2 weeks the most, depending on our current order queue.
Once completed, your order is delivered to our BGC location, where I personally prepare and drop it off at J&T for shipment.
Cut-off Time & Delivery
We offer same-day delivery within Metro Manila via Grab or Lalamove during operational hours.
Provincial orders are shipped via J&T Express the next business day.
Shipping & Notifications
Orders may be placed through our website 24/7. Orders are processed and shipped during our regular operating hours.
Metro Manila
For Metro Manila deliveries, bookings are arranged separately via GrabExpress or Lalamove. The delivery fee will be paid directly to the rider by the customer.
Provincial Shipping (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao)
We ship via J&T Express.
The final rate includes a Protective Small Box, which we automatically use because our corrugated shoebox alone may not provide sufficient protection during transit with.

For your reference, please see the 2026 J&T shipping rate guide below. Our orders are shipped from the J&T SOMA Branch in Bonifacio Global City (BGC).
We highly encourage to remeasure feet for those who are in provincial areas and send it to us for proper recommendation before ordering. There will be no refunds or return and exchanges for provincial to avoid higher fees.
Products
Our shoes are proudly handcrafted in Marikina, Philippines — made with care by skilled artisans. As each pair is handmade, minor imperfections may occur, but rest assured that quality and craftsmanship are always maintained. We use genuine leather and soft insoles for that all-day comfort and timeless look with a touch.
Sizing Guide
We follow standard US sizing from US 4–12. The rule is to always choose your regular size but if you have wide feet or bunions we recommend sizing up. If you need help choosing your size, feel free to send us your measurements so we can recommend the best fit.
How to Measure Your Foot
1. Place your foot flatly on top of a piece of paper and trace its outline.
2. Measure the tip of the heel to the tip of the longest toe (in centimeters).
3. Compare the measurement of the foot to the size chart.

Payment
We currently accept GCASH and BPI bank transfers.
Once paid, send a screenshot of your receipt, your name, and order number to solelyhersph@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @solelyhersph. All orders are only accepted through our official website. After the order is completed, you will receive an email confirmation.
Order Cancellation
Orders that remain unpaid or unverified within 24 hours of placement will be automatically canceled due to our limited small-batch production. We kindly ask that you be a responsible buyer.
Return & Exchange Policy
Sale items are final — no refunds, size exchange is subject to approval depending on availability. Please review our sizing guide and remeasure your feet carefully before making a purchase, as quantities are limited due to small-batch production.
Shoe Care Tips
Wipe gently using a microfiber cloth with light damp.
Use shoe trees to keep shape.
Store in a cool, dry place and rotate pairs to let them breathe.
