The item I received was not in good condition. The lettering is almost broken, and it seems like old stock. I reported this immediately upon receiving the parcel, but I was told that I cannot get a refund because it was the last piece.
Wow. You're sending out damaged items just to get rid of old stock? What about the money I paid? This is not value for money. I was only offered free shipping on my next order—very disappointing

I absolutely love the shoes! They are such good quality, very beautiful and oh so comfy! The leather is buttery soft! The owner is also very responsive. I cant wait to see more styles from the brand!
